Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Case spent approximately two decades working as a paralegal, developing substantial experience in litigation management, legal research, discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom procedures. Since her admission to the Nevada Bar in 2017, she has built upon that foundation in handling contested matters involving complex factual, legal, and evidentiary issues. Her practice encompasses negligence, premises liability, personal injury, corporate liability, and insurance-related claims, with particular emphasis on evaluating complex medical evidence, challenging expert testimony, analyzing causation and damages, and developing persuasive legal arguments. Ms. Case earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she also completed her paralegal studies, and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law.
Throughout her career, Ms. Case has maintained a commitment to diligent preparation, professional integrity, and effective client representation. Her approach combines aggressive advocacy with sound legal judgment, strategic problem-solving, and a practical understanding of the financial and operational considerations underlying litigation. Whether evaluating liability exposure, pursuing dispositive relief, negotiating resolutions, or preparing matters for trial, she remains focused on protecting her clients' interests and achieving favorable outcomes through thoughtful, efficient, and strategically informed legal representation.
When she is not zealously advocating for her clients, Crystal enjoys travelling, spending time with loved ones, playing with her dogs, cooking, trying new experiences, and cheering for the San Diego Padres!
