Daniel Gonzales

Daniel Gonzales was born and raised in Provo, Utah. Daniel graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York with a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning and was recognized as a Cornell Tradition Fellow. Daniel's non legal work has been in multiple industries, from civil service working in Planning, Zoning and Transportation for the City of Indianapolis, Indiana, construction, real estate development in the restaurant industry, and financial regulatory compliance. Daniel received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Yong University and was a lead editor on the BYU Journal of Public Law.

Daniel has represented litigants in first party and third-party bodily injury claims, auto property losses, common carrier litigation, utilities, construction defect, family law, and contractual claims. He also handles general liability claims and representation of insurers and their insured in cases involving acts of negligence and other tort claims. He has extensive experience arbitrating and mediating cases.

Daniel is admitted to practice in Nevada, including the United States District Court for the District of Nevada since 2008.

Daniel enjoys spending time with his two sons, traveling, hiking, and attending arts, music, cultural, and live sporting events. Daniel is active in the civic community, serving as a commissioner for a local municipality, appointed for two, three-year terms, and currently serving as Chairman of the Planning Commission.
