Jonathan Goldsmith

Jonathan Goldsmith is an associate attorney with eight years of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation matters. Jonathan previously served as counsel on a range of high-profile disputes in both Nevada state and federal courts. Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is admitted to practice law in Nevada.

Jonathan is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation, motion practice, and discovery to trial and appellate advocacy. He is a tenacious advocate for his clients, known for the ability to navigate complex legal challenges with innovative solutions. He previously served as an elected City Councilmember, where he provided leadership in municipal governance and community planning.

When he's not advocating for his clients, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his children, and he also enjoys running local 5k races, hiking, and cooking.
