Stephanie Hayes

Growing up outside of Washington DC, Stephanie has a deep-rooted passion for law. She began her early career working in broadcast television, covering political campaigns and elections, eventually producing a voter education program for PBS.

In 2006, Stephanie attended Portland State University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a double major in criminology and criminal justice. After college, she worked as the first intern ever accepted with Ann Arbor's Chief Justice for the 15th District Court. While there, Stephanie gained invaluable experience working in specialized courts focusing on problem-solving models.

In 2011, Stephanie moved to Las Vegas to attend law school at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. In law school, Stephanie concentrated her studies on the nature of conflict and how to resolve it. She became President of the school's Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, directing law students to scholarly research, coursework, lectures, conferences, and workshops pertaining to conflict resolution.

Shortly after graduating law school, Stephanie began working for Ranalli, Zaniel, Fowler, & Moran. She practices in insurance defense, special investigative unit cases, contract law, complex tort litigation, and public transport accidents. Her accomplishments include a keen ability to facilitate discussions and reach amicable resolutions outside of court saving time and resources for her clients.

Stephanie also has an adept knowledge of evidentiary rules and trial procedures. Her experience includes teaching Trial and Appellate Advocacy, Persuasion and Argument, and coaching award-winning mock trial teams.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, philanthropy work, traveling, and playing with her three french bulldogs.
